We built Felucca with your privacy in mind. Here is exactly what data we collect, why we collect it, and how we protect it.

Felucca ("we", "us", "our") is a watercraft booking marketplace connecting riders with boat operators in Egypt. Our platform is available as a mobile application for iOS and Android.

We collect only the data necessary to operate the service:
Payment data: Felucca is a cash-only platform. No credit card numbers, bank details, or payment tokens are ever collected or stored by us.
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only in these cases:
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Booking records are retained for 24 months for dispute resolution and legal compliance. If you delete your account, your personal profile is removed immediately. Booking records may be retained in anonymised form for up to 24 months thereafter.

You can delete your account at any time from within the Felucca app: go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account. Upon deletion, your personal information is removed from our active systems. Residual backup copies are purged within 30 days.
We use industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption in transit, Supabase Row-Level Security policies ensuring each user can only access their own data, and PKCE-based authentication. No security measure is perfect; if you suspect a breach, contact us immediately at feluccaeg@outlook.com.
Felucca is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via in-app notification or email at least 7 days before the change takes effect. Continued use of the app after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
